Initial data collection

Analysis of the client’s requirements,
project objectives and specific working methods.

Definition of phases

Change review

PROTOTYPE CONSTRUCTION

We will support you in all stages of development from the initial idea, to the prototyping up to the final testing of the machine.

CO-RIDE will take over the entire project alongside its customers as a contract manager for the realization of a real “turnkey” solution.

START UP

In this first phase we analyze the customer’s technical specifications We identify the necessary resources and the partners who will be the actors in the realization We develop an ad hoc economic offer tailored to the real needs of the customer When the offer is approved, it starts the planning of the executive phases

PRODUCTION

The second phase includes supply chain management and advanced planning supervision, of software development and final customer testing.

DOCUMENTATION

CO-RIDE during the entire construction process, provides a complete and detailed one technical documentation, starting from risk analysis, certifications, exploded views of the constituent groups, up to the use and maintenance manual and spare parts tables.

TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION

Producing the technical documentation of an automatic machine is much more than writing a manual. The production of the technical file is an integral part of the design and is an evolving process while the machine takes shape in its design, testing and installation phase.

CO-RIDE professionals produce, during the design, all the design documents and documents that make up the technical file: from the use and maintenance manual, inclusive of the technical illustration, the FMEA analysis, up to the spare parts catalog and the risk analysis.

CO-RIDE produces the technical file in line with the standards of the European Norms, norms in continuous evolution that require constant updating of skills and standards.

This is why CO-RIDE customers can rely on our professionals for the monitoring service of regulations to be always updated on those relating to company equipment and in compliance with the necessary documentation.
